When users build AI assistants on our platform, we retain their configuration settings, prompts, and any training materials—such as sample phrases, knowledge base content, dialogue flows, and AI model parameters—that shape the assistant’s conversational skills. This data is stored as long as the customer keeps their assistant active on our service.

To provide the voice AI service, we process call audio in real-time to convert speech to text, apply natural language understanding and generate responses. We also store call audio and metadata for up to 30 days after the call, to enable users to review and analyze their interactions with voicebots. This data is stored in a secure environment and is only accessible to authorized personnel.

To provide inbound and outbound calling capabilities, we provision and store phone numbers that are assigned to our customers. This includes phone number metadata like the number itself, type (local, toll-free, short code), provider, region, and assignment (which customer or assistant is assigned the number). This data is stored as long as the customer keeps their phone number active on our service.

We may also store customer contact numbers used for two-factor authentication, billing communications, or support, in accordance with applicable regulations like the GDPR.
